We pride ourselves in presenting reports that are readable and understandable. This is achieved through the inclusion in reports of:

• an executive summary that sets out the key findings,
• explanations of the nature of the business and circumstances in which the loss occurred,
• glossary’s of terms to explain terms and abbreviations that are used in the report,
• columns in tables of workings that explain the sequence of the calculation’s arithmetic to the reader,
• cross-referencing that allows the reader to easily locate earlier workings that are referred to,
• judicious use of photographs, diagrams and charts where these assist the reader in understanding the content of the report,
• appendices that contain relevant supporting documents and further detailed explanations should these be required by the reader, and
• acknowledgements, expert witness declarations and summaries of assumptions and listing of documents referred to, to ensure compliance with court rules and guidelines on expert reports

Lawyers are then able to present a credible, thorough, readable expert report to court, mediation or arbitration.
